Shipping Policy

All orders placed before 12 noon (AEST) will be dispatched the same day from the warehouse. Orders received over the weekend or on a public holiday will be dispatched the following business day.

Please note that delivery time only begins after the buyer's payment has been cleared and the item has been dispatched from our warehouse (typically 1 working day after the payment has cleared).

We are unable to guarantee delivery on specific dates or times as our delivery partners cannot provide such guarantees either.

In some cases, due to high demand, we may need to utilize our overseas warehouse to fulfill your order.
